The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • By purchasing any EnVogue Lashes LLC products, you the buyer agree to all of the below terms and conditions.

    At EnVogue Lashes LLC (EnVogue Lashes), we strive to ship products and provide services of only the highest quality. Due to issues of hygiene, EnVogue Lashes cannot accept returns of product after packaging has been opened. Our DVD and Manual are non refundable as stated in the text next to said product. Also, due to environmental conditions beyond our control and various Technician capabilities, all our adhesives are non refundable unless defective to be decided by EnVogue Lashes personnel. If you decide to return an unopened package, you will be credited with your purchase price, less shipping costs. Please contact EnVogue Lashes within seven (7) days of receipt of your products. You will be given an authorization to return with directions on where to send the product. No returned products will be accepted without a return authorization. Also, if you the buyer determine that products shipped to you are defective, please advise EnVogue Lashes of this within seven (7) days of receipt at 810-225-6193. You will be given an authorization to return with directions on where to ship the defective product. Product must be returned in its original packaging. EnVogue Lashes reserves the right to either replace the defective product or provide a refund of the purchase price upon receipt of the defective product. You, the Buyer, acknowledge that (a) exposure of products sold by EnVogue Lashes to temperature extremes may cause changes in the products and that such changes may make the products unsuitable for use and (b) use of products sold by EnVogue Lashes must be used with great care by a trained technician to prevent an accidental injury, especially when performing work near an individual's eye. It is the policy of EnVogue Lashes to sell products and services only for use by certain licensed persons in the beauty, health, medical or dental industries. You, the Buyer, certify that the products and services that you purchase from EnVogue Lashes will only be used by licensed persons in these industries. EnVogue Lashes strongly recommends that all technicians practice on fake eyelash strips prior to applying eyelash extensions to a live person. EnVogue Lashes reserves the right to refuse sales and service to anyone for any reason at any time.

    IN NO EVENT WILL ENVOGUE LASHES LLCOR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS (ENVOGUE LASHES, ET AL) BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, SUITS, ATTACHMENTS, JUDGMENTS, LOSSES, PENALTIES, FINES, SETTLEMENTS, EXPENSES, INCLUDING COURT COSTS AND REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES INCIDENT THERETO; INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, ECONOMIC, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR MISUSE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD BY ENVOGUE LASHES LLC. BUYER SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS ENVOGUE LASHES LLC, ET AL FOR ALL SUCH CLAIMS AND ACTIONS IN EACH CASE NOTWITHSTANDING THE ACTUAL OR ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE (WHETHER ACTIVE OR PASSIVE, SOLE OR CONCURRENT, SIMPLE OR GROSS), STRICT OR STATUTORY, PROVIDED THAT THE ENVOGUE LASHES LLC LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

    Envogue Lashes LLC, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to prohibit Buyer's use, or any of Buyer's affiliate's use, of its brand and logo. This includes all marketing materials, including posters, brochures, post cards, instruction manuals, etc. Envogue Lashes LLC will only take such steps for cause. Examples of causes that may persuade Envogue Lashes LLC to prohibit use of its brand and logo are, but are not limited to: 1) substandard applications of eyelash extensions by a careless technician and 2) use of competing eyelash extension products that individuals believe to be Envogue Lashes LLC products due to the prominent display of Envogue Lashes LLC marketing materials. By purchasing any EnVogue Lashes LLC products, you the buyer agree to all of the above terms and conditions.

    All notices from EnVogue Lashes LLC to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to EnVogue Lashes LLC shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or first class mail to our address at:

  • At this time, EnVogue Lashes LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, EnVogue Lashes LLC ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and some other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
